1. Is your jewelry made of stainless steel?

Yes, all our jewelry is made of 304 and 316 stainless steel, a material known for its strength and durability.

2. Is your jewelry water resistant?

Yes, our stainless steel jewelry is resistant to water, seawater, perspiration, and chlorine. You can wear it in the shower, pool, or sea without worrying about it rusting or turning black.

3. Does stainless steel jewelry cause allergies?

Stainless steel is a hypoallergenic material. It does not contain nickel, a major allergen, and is therefore perfectly suited to sensitive skin.

4. How do I care for my jewelry?

Stainless steel requires very little maintenance. If your jewelry loses its shine, you can easily clean it with warm water and soap, then dry it gently with a soft cloth.

5. How long does it take for delivery?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery times in mainland France are generally 2 to 3 business daysafter dispatch, depending on the carrier chosen. We also deliver overseas and to Europe. 7. What should I do if I don’t like a piece of jewelry?

You have 14 daysfrom receipt of your order to return an item to us. Jewelry must be in its original condition and packaging. Please see our return policyfor more details.
